Payment

• Cash on delivery
  You can pay in cash or by card upon receipt at a Nova Poshta branch or during courier delivery.
  Nova Poshta fee — 20 UAH + 2% of the order amount.
• Bank transfer
  For individuals and businesses, payment by invoice in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH) is available. The invoice can be obtained from the manager after placing an order.

Delivery

We deliver orders all over Ukraine via Nova Poshta, and self-pickup from our partner points is also available.

Delivery options:

1. Self-pickup from authorized Strans points
   You can pick up your order for free from any of over 50 Strans partner stores across Ukraine.
2. Courier delivery by Nova Poshta
   The courier will deliver your order to the specified address (region, city, street, building, apartment/office, postal code).
   Cost: from 85 UAH
   Delivery time: 1–3 days from dispatch
3. Delivery to a Nova Poshta branch
   You can receive your parcel at the nearest Nova Poshta branch.
   Cost: from 70 UAH
   Delivery time: 1–3 days from dispatch

Order dispatch

• Orders are shipped daily (except Sundays).
• The order is sent within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Order tracking

After dispatch, our manager will provide you with a tracking number (TTN). You can track your delivery on the Nova Poshta website or mobile app.

If the parcel is lost

1. Contact us and inform about the situation.
2. We will help you track the shipment.
3. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will contact Nova Poshta representatives and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
