Terms of warranty service

Warranty service DOES NOT EXTEND to the product:

2. on which there are mechanical and other damages that occurred as a result of careless behavior of the buyer,
3. which was subject to arbitrary repair,
4. if it was used to perform tasks that do not correspond to its functional purpose.
Particulars of the warranty service process
To receive warranty service, you must contact us and provide a document certifying the purchase of the product in our store. The product is accepted by our warranty department for diagnosis and determination of the causes of the malfunction. If the buyer does not comply with the requirements described above, the warranty becomes void. If a factory defect is detected, we guarantee repair or replacement of the defective element.
